Rfv-sense:
- Somebody who fears or hates pedophiles

- This article from last year in the Federalist warns against the word taking on such a meaning. (Today "pedophobia" is defined simply as a fear of children in the same sense that acrophobia means a fear of heights.) So unless we have something else, that would seem to be an imaginary use.
- (Even if some people do use it this way, it would seem to be a rather odd situation of using a word in a way they disagree with rather than than straightforward use of the word, and so a simple definition with this meaning would be misleading.) kwami (talk) 06:14, 9 October 2020 (UTC)
- I added a 1993 use of the related word pedophobic in the challenged sense, from a Department of Education report quoting a NAMBLA newsletter. Vox Sciurorum (talk) 10:09, 9 October 2020 (UTC)
- In the same vein, pedophile should then mean, “Somebody who loves pedophobes”. --Lambiam 12:35, 9 October 2020 (UTC)
