Two colloquial senses: "of or pertaining to Peckham, a place in Southwark London", and "native to Peckham". All I can find is the joky slogan "Ireland for the Irish and Peckham for the Peckish!" (which has a capital P), and that alone does not seem enough to pass the word regardless of capitalisation. Equinox ◑ 06:35, 16 January 2021 (UTC)
