- Apparently should mean ‘To cool by ladling out and back in’, properly a dialectal variant of keel (see the obsolete sense of that verb). I’ve changed the def, but this looks unattestable (an obscure dialect term that’s been gone for centuries). — Vorziblix (talk · contribs) 23:04, 5 December 2021 (UTC)
