I dont think it comes from television. I was able to find uses of this term from before the TV show began, and from other places. Definitely Portland OR uses it, as the term is mentioned on the gov't website, but it's not just Portland. I merged it with the first definition and removed the regional labels. —Soap— 11:15, 13 March 2023 (UTC)
