- Yeah, i'd say this is covered by our usage note about derived use, though perhaps it could be worded better. you also see singular use in certain contexts, e.g. a company could say "we offer a shirt, a panty, and a pair of socks with our logo" where socks is plural but panty isnt. —Soap— 08:15, 18 August 2023 (UTC)
