  • Not convinced. we are getting very paddy today is probably talking about being tantrumy (see later definition). And the quote Even after the expiration of four months the condition of the paddy persons continued most destitute. is probably refering to the Irish. OF COURSE it's referring to the Irish, they all do. It is part of the racism against the Irish as boorish, ill-controlled, violent vagabonds. Kiwima (talk) 06:11, 5 December 2021 (UTC)Reply
