Alternative meanings
[edit]There are at least three alternative meanings: for the first two see wikipedia:talk:Out-of-pocket expenses, the third is in gaming, referring to cash (or cash equivalents) out of one's pocket, as opposed to from one's stack of chips (or cash) at table. Rich Farmbrough
