A thoughtful point, but, I do not think so. I checked the paper in Philosophy East and West, and it is pretty clear that the term "noumenon" is being used in the Kantian way here. The author's point is that Nagarjuna's "two truths" do not translate into the famous western (Kantian) dichotomy between phenomenon and noumenon. -- WikiPedant 05:06, 23 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
