Could you please give an overview of what would commonly be considered "mod cons"? A toilet, a tap, a radiator? Or does it have to be more modern than that? And when, say, a holiday bungalow is said to have "all mod cons", what would one commonly expect? Probably not a fully automatic computer house with flat screens all over the place. But what?
