From a glance through Google Books results, this is just a dialect form of "massacre", in all its senses. Equinox 16:42, 9 September 2016 (UTC)Reply

This doesn't seem readily citable and may well be an overinterpretation of some metaphorical use. ←₰-→ Lingo Bingo Dingo (talk) 13:52, 10 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

I recognize it from older oaters on film and TV. I'm finding it on my Google Books. DCDuring (talk) 19:45, 10 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
There seem to be 3 cites for each ety-PoS. This look like RfV-passed to me. DCDuring (talk) 19:52, 10 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
Then there's the Alice's Restaurant Massacree by Arlo Guthrie, the title of which hints at a possible figurative sense. Chuck Entz (talk) 21:45, 10 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
The "Alice's Restaurant Massacree" sense was the sense that failed. All the other senses were added by me after the rfv notice was first put in place. No one found any other uses that matched the more figurative "fiasco" sense. Kiwima (talk) 22:52, 10 November 2019 (UTC)Reply
