We have three separate senses: "a hot breakfast cereal or porridge made with farina (ground wheat) or semolina"; "semolina pudding"; "cream of wheat". But from what I can see (Google Books, Wikipedia) this is a specific capitalised brand name referring to one specific manufactured cereal product. Equinox ◑ 19:12, 3 February 2011 (UTC)
