@Mar vin kaiser While that we're here, Gloria Chan-Yap derived it from liamto (stomach) +bah (meat) but I don't know the character for liam as it was not written in her Hokkien Chinese Borrowings in Tagalog. (␣)肚肉 Ysrael214 (talk) 14:56, 2 August 2022 (UTC)
