to be like a cat on a hot tin roof

[edit]

This currently redirects to like a cat on a hot tin roof. If the verb were to exist at all, it should be at be like a cat on a hot tin roof (no "to"), but this seems straightforwardly sum-of-parts: be plus like a cat on a hot tin roof. —RuakhTALK 16:08, 25 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

I think this should be kept as a redirect. Phrases are one thing which I think makes good use of redirects on Wiktionary. Atelaes 16:46, 25 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
Fair enough. Withdrawn.RuakhTALK 19:14, 25 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
Not sure that either is useful, but neither is wrong, either. DAVilla 20:21, 25 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
Yes, keep as a redirect, but not as a main entry - we omit "to" as the mark of the infinitive in entry title. — Paul G 15:09, 22 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
