SOP. "leg day" also means a day one waxes their legs, eats chicken legs, shows one's legs, likes one's romantic interest's legs, makes a sculpture of a leg etc. Dunderdool (talk) 18:29, 19 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

Are those cited/used at the same level though? Also seeing as though this has a specific meaning related to exercise, it definitely doesn’t feel as SOP. Also, I feel that WT:FRIED applies here. Keep. AG202 (talk) 18:48, 19 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
Keep per WT:FRIED. I've never even seen leg day used in any of those other contexts, and deleting this would be like deleting green card because literal green cards exist. Binarystep (talk) 00:15, 20 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
Unsure, leaning towards delete: on one hand, "leg day" does mostly mean a day for leg exercises, not any of those other things. But on the other hand, that's still SOP: there's also "arm day" for arm exercises, "abs day"/"ab day", "back day", "arms & core day", etc. - -sche (discuss) 05:15, 22 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
Keep - too commonly used with a specific meaning. Theknightwho (talk) 19:31, 22 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
[1] (5th paragraph) Does this count as a non-fitness quotation? — Fytcha T | L | C 00:23, 23 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
Probably not - that's a "good leg day" (i.e. a day of having good legs). Not to be confused with a good leg day, which I guess would mean you had a particularly good time doing leg exercises. Theknightwho (talk) 01:37, 23 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
  • Leaning keep. I've always thought that "leg day" has more legs to it precisely because it has other characteristics that set it apart from other focus days for workouts. See, e.g., "Why Does Everyone Hate Leg Day?", from exercisereviewsite.com, highlighting characteristics of leg workouts that make people dread and possibly skip them (arduous, causes more soreness/stiffness, gains are not readily seen, people wear pants anyway, etc.). bd2412 T 03:52, 23 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
