Probably not related. Let's @ ~ someone who can say. For the sound change " m" to "v" , this happens all the time with "mh" in İrish, well, at least it happens to me, so I believe. Flāvidus (talk) 05:31, 18 July 2022 (UTC)

[edit]Everything is fine. Already, Middle Irish lem and Proto-Germanic/lamaz/German lahm are all pointing at Proto-Indo-European *h₃lemH- (“weak, broken, soft”). Flāvidus (talk) 05:55, 18 July 2022 (UTC)
