Dutch, it seems. From the copyright page: "Copyright E. J. Brill, Leiden, Netherlands" and "Printed in the Netherlands." And if I were to hazard a guess, I'd say tablemountain = (deprecated template usage) tuya. Astral (talk) 16:19, 4 November 2012 (UTC)
