Talk:kunoichi

The phrase くノ一 is almost exclusively used in reference to the kanji 女 or to deliberately obfuscate the word "woman" in speech and is not in common use to mean "female ninja". That use seems largely restricted to fiction and perhaps the release of the movie 女忍 KUNOICHI has led to some misunderstandings.
