The linked Ruch and Proyer paper, at endnote 1, thanks Hempelmann and Harrigan for their assistance in coining the term. Originally our entry said the word was coined by H and H, but credit lies primarily with the paper's authors (after all, they didn't thank H and H for coining the term, only for their assistance in doing so).
