[edit]

@Panda10, thank you for your recent fix. I used the id2= param to make the link more specifically target the -en#Hungarian:_adverb-forming_suffix section, and I did not notice that this also screwed up the categories.

Any ideas how to make the link more specific again? The entry at -en#Hungarian has four distinct etymology sections, making that a bit confusing to navigate if users land at the top. ‑‑ Eiríkr Útlendi │Tala við mig 07:54, 18 January 2025 (UTC)Reply

@Eirikr The problem is that users never land at the top of the Hungarian entry. They land way below that, in the middle of the Middle English entry, at least on my computer, and they have to scroll up. But if you want a more specific link, you could use id2=adverb which would put the entry in the the existing Category:Hungarian adverbs suffixed with -en (adverb). It has one entry. Personally, I don't like this forced categorization and I don't know how to turn it off and just leave the specific link to the appropriate suffix section in place. The category name without the appended parentheses is clearly stating that these are adverbs suffixed with -en (not verbs and not something else), so this additional (adverb) at the end is superfluous.
