Apparently a misspelling in Ojibwe --XY3999 (talk) 17:18, 22 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

I think this is actually an English loanword from the Ojibwe word. It's hard to find examples but here's one:
He said this is symbolic of Anishinabek peoples all being in a canoe being steered by the joganosh, allowing them and their rules/laws/policies guide us blindly. (http://www.gardenriver.org/files_newsletter/October%202016.pdf)

Yes, it's English from Ojibwe, but not Ojibwe. —Stephen (Talk) 03:52, 26 September 2018 (UTC)Reply
