@Sonofcawdrey Can you be a bit more specific about this "type of cake"? I've never heard of it. In Britain, "jelly" is the wobbly birthday party stuff (Jell-O in the USA); in the USA, "jelly" is jam (sugary spread for toast etc.). What is this cake exactly? Might need Australia/NZ gloss...?
