Probably not. If you look at the talk page for the main entry, you'll see that a sense along those lines failed verification a couple of years ago. It may look vaguely Italian, but it comes from jobber. It kind of looks like someone tried to make it appear Italian when it was first coined, but that doesn't necessarily mean they were implying anything about Italian people.Chuck Entz (talk) 05:27, 29 May 2020 (UTC)
