Verified from where? It's not in any dictionary I have seen! 203.38.6.65 22:12, 21 February 2011 (UTC)
It is in the Oxford English Dictionary. This dictionary characterizes it as "Obs. rare" and defines it to mean "marked by integrity." It's first known use is dated 1657 in the phrase, "That an action be good, the cause ought to be integrous" (W. Morice Coena quasi Κοινὴ Def. xx. 174)
