   Referring to Lord Voldemort as the most feared person in the world is an in-universe classification in the Harry Potter series.

If i described it like this:

"Lord Voldemort is the most fearest person in the world/universe of Harry Potter" Would that be in-universe or not?

Im a tad confuzed about this.
