Existence of Word

[edit]

@Yivan000 The conjugation chart you generated shows a word "refin". In your opinion, does that word exist? Like "Gusto ko refin ang natirang pagkain." Is that a right sentence, in your opinion? Mar vin kaiser (talk) 13:46, 1 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

Yeah, I am also mixed on that one. I have heard it being said but it is very seldom used. Feel free to edit it out or replace it with another. — 🍕 Yivan000 viewtalk 14:24, 1 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

Word

@Ysrael214 Why'd you leave it like this? Isn't this not the main lemma even if it is attestable? Mar vin kaiser (talk) 14:15, 24 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

@Mar vin kaiser Go ahead and fix. My main focus at this moment was updating the IPA with <f> to be both /f/ and /p/. Ysrael214 (talk) 14:54, 24 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Mar vin kaiser Though the main lemma should be i-ref right? Haven't heard of ref-in. Though the conjugations would be ini-ref, inireref, and ireref but I guess ni-ref, ni-reref, and ire-ref works too since iboto uses binoto sometimes. Ysrael214 (talk) 15:04, 24 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Ysrael214: For "iboto", my understanding is that "iboboto, ibinoboto, and ibinoto" becomes "boboto, binoboto, and binoto", the /i/ at the start disappears. --Mar vin kaiser (talk) 07:22, 29 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
