Wouldnt Mexican wave be ola, not hola?

[edit]The Enciclopedia Sopena edition 1918 etymologizes it as from Arabic "ua-lac", being ua (wa) "a common Arabic greeting", and lac (lak) "to you". Manfariel (talk) 15:40, 1 October 2024 (UTC)
