Relatively novel uses of harsh#Verb as verb and mellow#Noun as noun, but not a fixed phrase. Many substitutes for both are possible. DCDuring TALK 14:04, 7 August 2009 (UTC)
- I feel obliged to not vote as I've never heard of it, and the definition makes very little sense. Mglovesfun (talk) 15:49, 7 August 2009 (UTC)

- Don't know if input is still wanted... "harshing my mellow," "harshes my mellow," "harsh my mellow" and so on (your, our, his, her, etc.) have a number of Google Books hits, including in The surfin'ary: a dictionary of surfing terms and surfspeak, which chooses to include it under the definition of mellow. Urban dictionary: fularious street slang defined gives it its own entry. Bum bags and fanny packs: a British-American, American-British dictionary puts it under harsh.
