How much of the geoelectricity in the earth is caused by the earth spinning in the sun's magnetosphere? Could some of the the internal heat in the earth's mantle be from induction heating as the earth moves through external magnetic fields? Why does the magnetic north pole wander? Would it be true that the magnetism must be coming from the outer molten mantle as the iron nearer the center of the earth would be above its Curie point. It might carry current but would itself be non-magnetic perhaps? 125.239.54.154 10:15, 28 May 2017 (UTC)
