Talk:frægn
Is there any evidence for this word as a noun?
Bosworth Toller shows frægning/frægnung and frignes (frign-nes), both from the verb but there does not appear to be any separate noun of this form, the page for this word only shows a preterite declension from the verb: http://bosworthtoller.com/012146
Likewise the Michigan Middle English dictionary shows no case of such a word either: https://quod.lib.umich.edu/m/middle-english-dictionary/dictionary?utf8=%E2%9C%93&search_field=etyma&q=fr%C3%A6gn
However, the only other noun form related to this root is: gefrǣge/gefrēge.
