Etymology

From the same Celtic root, akin to the Proto-Germanic are Welsh PEDWAR[8] and Gaelic CEITHIR[7] (four); from the Proto-Indo-European root; but the English form is derived from Germanic. Andrew H. Gray 19:04, 30 November 2017 (UTC)Andrew (talk)
