Please do not re-nominate for verification without comprehensive reasons for doing so.
I only found one use at Google Books, none at News, and one (paywalled) at Scholar of this in the figurative sense in our definition. We have no citations at all in the entry. I wouldn't be surprised if someone found more cites, but the expression seems awkward to me. DCDuring (talk) 22:28, 16 November 2022 (UTC)
