In Catalan and Spanish we call "finger" that way which goes from the airport direct to plane, I thought it as a literal translation, isn't it? — This unsigned comment was added by 62.175.97.149 (talk) at 16:10, 20 March 2006 (UTC).
- It seems like a pretty unusual meaning, but it does seem to be in use [1] [2], so I've added it. Kappa 17:34, 20 March 2006 (UTC)
Strange
[edit]Translations for English "finger" does not include a category for the actual, real object of "finger" but instead only has idiomatic translations... What? What are the translations for the basical real, original object, non-idiomatic, meaning of "finger???65.74.122.43 03:45, 21 June 2021 (UTC)
- See finger/translations, which is linked in the translation section; the translations are in a separate page to reduce Lua memory usage. J3133 (talk) 05:32, 21 June 2021 (UTC)
