NISoP, as above. "Size of file". The 'computer' restriction is from the restriction of the meaning of file. The term is SoP whether referring to a bastard file, a nail file, the contents of a file cabinet or manila folder, or a dossier. DCDuring (talk) 01:32, 2 September 2019 (UTC)

• Keep. With respect to computer files, this is by far the most common term to denote the volume of bytes a file occupies, even though it has no "size" in terms of physical dimensions. This is probably a set phrase in that respect. bd2412 T 03:11, 3 September 2019 (UTC)

• Keep per WT:COALMINE: file size,(filesize*100) at the Google Books Ngram Viewer. suggests filesize is not certain to be a misspelling; the ratio of 500 would be more confirmatory of misspelling. COALMINE is being reconsidered in Wiktionary:Votes/2019-08/Rescinding the "Coalmine" policy. • Weak keep There are technical implications only adepts understand, and besides users might want to know from such an entry which words other languages use for this concept of size (it is not obvious that the idiomatic German term is Dateigröße and not Dateivolumen or Dateiumfang etc.).
