2nd def - what does it mean?

'Metaphorically so called'. How does it difer from the first definition, provided it's meant to be an adjective? (Both the translations for this sense say 'Adverb' on their pages.)

that wiktionary has not assigned 'figural' (meaning an artistic representation of a human figure) as a synonym for figurative. Many educated art lovers use it this way, and it is wrong. "His art has improved a lot since he took life drawing classes." "Really? I thought he was already good at figurative art." Retch.
