Just want to remind you that you should communicate in English if you intend on participating in the English Wiktionary project – choosing to communicate exclusively in Romanian and German excludes the greater community from participating.
The same source you cite, says the following:
FERESTRUÍ, ferestruiesc, vb. IV. Tranz. A tăia ceva cu ferăstrăul. [Var.: ferestuí, ferăstruí vb. IV] – Din magh. fürészelni (apropiat de ferestrău).
Sursa: DEX '98 (1998) Comentariu: Și fierăstruí (vezi DEX'09). – LauraGellner (see here)
FERESTRUÍT, -Ă, ferestruiți, -te, adj. Crestat, tăiat, retezat cu ferăstrăul. [Var.: ferestuít, -ă, ferăstruít, -ă adj.] – V. ferestrui.
Sursa: DEX '98 (1998) Comentariu: Și fierăstruít (vezi DEX'09). - LauraGellner (see here)
It's only in the latest version (DEX'09) that "fierăstrui, fierăstruit" etc., have received entries at all. --Robbie SWE (talk) 21:14, 3 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
Considering that you have reverted my changes several times and that the latest edit you did was counterproductive, below are my reasons for once more reverting your changes.
Google Books:
ferestruit = 123 citations (see here)
fierăstruit = 27 citations (see here)
Google search:
ferestrui = 74,100 hits (see here)
fierăstrui = 943 hits (see here)
Please consider the stats before you do any further changes to this entry. I have not contested the existence of this form, only which one is standard. Dictionaries and other sources back me up on this. --Robbie SWE (talk) 10:21, 4 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
