Midwestern slang definition?

Edit: Nevermind, I just saw the linked article "FIB". I'm not sure how to delete topics, so I'll just edit this here.

I'm unsure if the Midwestern definition has its own article ( which would be weird ), but I think fib is a common enough slang word that it should be included. I'm not an editor, I have LONG forgotten my Wikipedia log-in info, but any editors here, could you include the following definition please:
