There are already three cites that pre-date B&B, and I'm about to add a fourth. So no. However, it does look like all pre-B&B cites are either the "being thrown from a horse" sense or are being used by redneck/cowboy types, and Mike Judge is from New Mexico, so maybe it was popularized and brought into wider knowledge by B&B. —Aɴɢʀ (talk) 09:07, 9 August 2014 (UTC)
