Add topicRegarding the 3rd meaning "as to"
Tiedän, että hän kärsi masennuksesta, mutta varmastikaan hän ei menisi niin pitkälle, että tappaisi itsensä.
I know he suffered from depression, but surely he wouldn't go so far as to kill himself?
First: The English page calls "as to" a preposition, whereas että is a conjunction
Second: the idiom is "to go so far as" + "to do something" so you'll note that here you could easily say "but surely he wouldn't go so far as killing himself?" so this is an erroneous example of "as to"
---
I'm not saying that että does not mean "as to" but if it does, a) why is it not a preposition considering that the parts of speech should line up across languages I'd imagine (is this a universal rule?) and b) choose an actual example. I'm not going to remove the entry as I do not have a Wiktionary account but I'm just saying is all :)
