[edit]@Canonicalization I've been adding words like this to the -ment category rather than write out "from X, the third-person plural stem of Y", but there are so many that I wonder if there should be a category for -issement. What do you think? Ultimateria (talk) 05:38, 24 October 2019 (UTC)
- @Ultimateria: I'm none too fond of that option; -iss- is part of the stem, not of the suffix.
- Another problem is that we should sort those by part of speech: Category:French adverbs suffixed with -ment (or Category:French words suffixed with -ment (adverbial)) and Category:French nouns suffixed with -ment (or Category:French words suffixed with -ment (nominal)). - @Canonicalization: Okay, no new suffix then. I just changed this page, tell me if displaying it that way works. I agree that we should sort them by PoS, so that's why I'm filling the main category now for bot sorting. Ultimateria (talk) 17:13, 26 October 2019 (UTC)
