Sense 2: "The LGBT community". It has exactly one citation, which looks very speculative to me. Equinox ◑ 15:32, 5 May 2023 (UTC)

I dont think it just means LGBT broadly ... the rainbow has been a symbol of S Africa since the ANC took power. This page links it to multiple meanings, but I think it's important to note that the pride flag we're familiar with is listed last. —Soap— 21:39, 5 May 2023 (UTC)
