- I think this needs citing before cleaning up, we can't define it until we know how it's used. I couldn't turn up anything on a quick search - perhaps it should be deleted altogether. SpinningSpark 10:02, 24 June 2012 (UTC)

Dinq is used universally across the US Navy; it just means "delinquent." For example, sailors who have not received their annual dental exam would be placed on the "Dental Dinq List" until they completed their requirements. Papa3Chuck
