(diabolos), “‘accuser, slanderer’”), also as "Satan" (in Jewish/Christian usage). This is incorrect. Jewish usage of Satan is not the same as diablos, nor is it the same as the Christian usage of Satan. In Judaism Satan is a obedient angel of God who's assigned task is to put us to the test. He works with the permission and authority of God.
