@Ysrael214 Based on Google Books check, earliest attestation found is 1971, together with the fact that delusión is sorta an uncommon word in Spanish (the preferred word is ilusión), most likely it's a pseudo-Hispanism. Mar vin kaiser (talk) 11:37, 14 March 2024 (UTC)
