I think this is actually creep + in. You can change 'in' for other prepositions, such as creep out, creep towards, creep away. --Mglovesfun (talk) 13:43, 24 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

Yes, "to move slowly and quietly in a particular direction" covers in, out, towards, away, past, up, and any other fitting preposition, so we already have the meaning under creep. Dbfirs 13:59, 24 September 2011 (UTC)Reply
