http://communitymgt.wikia.com/wiki/Cookie_Licking is not a durably backed up source but clearly predates our entry, so at least it looks like it wasn't just made up for Wiktionary. I strongly suspect this exists as a part of the language, but whether or not it can be backed up with durable sources according to our standards is another thing. I have heard of licking things to make them your own (such as the entry in cards against humanity). This seems like just an example of that. My guess is cookie licking is not a set phrase. Kiwima (talk) 04:40, 12 August 2017 (UTC)Reply
