You have separate form for female citizen. So, does form citizen refer only to males, or can it be used to people of all genders??Paweł ze Szczecina 17:39, 24 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Prison slang sense

[edit]

There appears to be a prison slang sense that I can't find attestations for. It refers to prisoners who are (outside of prison) just normal, everyday civilians (and usually imprisoned for white-collar crimes) as opposed to career criminals etc.

Should be a sub-sense of 5. A civilian, as opposed to a police officer, soldier, or member of some other specialized (usually state) group.. — Fytcha T | L | C 15:01, 15 June 2022 (UTC)Reply
