Does anyone use the word cislation to mean same language or same signifier, as antonym of translation?

[edit]

To cislate could hypotheticaly say

  • Synonym: There was a sign saying "TAXI", but Dorothy cislated it as "cab" for me. (Generally same language)
  • Loan word: I couldn't understand his language. But when he picked up a banana and said "Banana", I got it. I just cislated it to "banana" in my mind.

Other examples can be of phono semantic match, cognayes etc.
