This is a bit of an odd RfD, but I don't know how to handle rfdefs. This cite is supposed to embody a sense of chintzy not otherwise included above. That certainly strikes me as cheap cheeriness, one of the definitions above.--Prosfilaes (talk) 20:28, 13 December 2013 (UTC)
