The etymology of the Spanish CHINA is more likely to be the source lexeme, that the children's guessing game CHIN is derived from the CHINA (small pebbble)[6]; and compare WHIN[3] in WHINstone that is possibly a very distant derivative from the prehistoric root of this word.
