Why isn’t burocratic linked to bureaucratic?

I was looking for “bureaucratic” and ended up here. Do they mean the same thing? If so shouldn’t this link to the more common spelling?

Now I see that “burocracy” IS linked as an “Alternative spelling of bureaucracy” BananaSlug (talk) 23:44, 15 July 2023 (UTC)
